Our approach is psychodynamic and relational, meaning we explore the experiences and relationships that have shaped you. We also incorporate parts work and family systems therapy when helpful. Therapy here is not about quick fixes

We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, and we offer in-person sessions in Berkeley as well as online therapy throughout California. Family therapy is available in person only.
