You don’t need to figure it out all alone.
Many people come to coaching not because something is “wrong,” but because something feels off, in their relationship, in their inner life, or in how they are moving through the world..
You may feel uncertain about what you want, how to ask for it, or how to stay connected to yourself and to others without losing your ground. Coaching offers a space to reflect, and begin relating more honestly to yourself and to those you care about.
I work with individuals and couples who want to explore and deepen their capacity for connection, clarity, and mutual understanding, whether they are navigating transitions, conflict, or a desire for greater intimacy.
Coaching offers a place to begin.
I offer a complimentary 20-minute introductory conversation.
En Vivo Coaching with Dr. Arezoo
What this coaching is:
This is not therapy.
This is learning how to relate, to yourself and to others, with greater presence, and honesty.
At Sacred Cedar Psychiatry, I offer relationship-centered, embodied coaching that helps you develop the inner capacities needed to live and love more skillfully. This work is not about fixing or diagnosing you. It is about cultivating clarity, agency, and companionship with yourself and others.
Many people today are not lacking intelligence, insight, or effort. They are lacking skills in how to be a good friend to themselves, and in how to build alive and meaningful relationships with others.
Who am I:
I am a certified relationship coach. I hold a PhD from Stanford University and my work lies at the intersection of psychology, philosophy, and embodied practice.
As an Iranian American woman, my life has been shaped by immigration, cultural memory, and experience of living between worlds.
My approach to coaching is reflective, embodied, and relational. I draw from depth psychology, relational and object-relations frameworks, somatic awareness, and philosophical inquiry. More than any method, I bring a commitment to presence, to listening carefully, thinking together, and staying with what matters rather than rushing to conclusions.
What sessions are like:
Sessions are held en vivo, in the spirit of presence. Depending on what serves you best, we may meet:
in person (over tea, or walking in a park)
or via Zoom
Sessions are reflective, conversational, and embodied.
Life looks “good” from the outside, but something feels misaligned.
Who this coaching is for:
This work may be a good fit if you:
feel stuck, disconnected, or lonely even in the presence of others
want to deepen your capacity for love, intimacy, and meaningful connection
are navigating transitions in relationships, identity, or life direction
feel wary of being pathologized or rushed into labels
want support that is thoughtful, human, and non-judgmental
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for to begin.
